Our game plan to remain Nonstop in the midst of COVID-19

We are still taking on work as an essential business! Thank you so much for your help during this difficult time. We are running very differently to protect our crew so please read below.

We have a super skeleton crew currently to take care of our clients and especially our clients that are deemed "essential". That means our production turnaround times are longer and we will only have coordinated pickups and delivery/shipping services. We do not have a CSR on duty at the office so you will need to coordinate your pickups with us by email or calling 323-464-1640.

Like many small businesses, we have been severely impacted by the economic effects of these times. We will take care of as many projects as possible to take care of our clients that still need our help. Please continue to send projects our way and we will find creative ways to serve you. Email will be the best way to reach us. For emergencies, can call us at 323-464-1640 and leave a voicemail if we don't pick up.

To protect our customers and manage the economic hardships, our schedule will be fluid. Each week, we will evaluate our workforce and customer needs and staff accordingly. We will constantly look for ways to have our people work as much as possible. As an event oriented print company, we are hard hit, but we will prevail!

COVID-19 Schedule and Turnaround Times

We only have coordinated pickups and shipping options during this time.

Turnaround Times will typically be 4-5 days for simple projects. 5-10 days for complex projects.

Operating hours will typically be from 9am-5pm.

In general, let us know what you need and we'll try to find a creative way to get it done!

Our schedule can change at any moment depending on circumstances relating to COVID-19.
